Black Sesame

This Japanese inspired dessert is uniquely rich in nutty and earthy flavour. It is created using sesame seeds toasted and ground into a thick paste before being combined and churned with 48 flavours custom milk and cream base. Our chefs then fold whole, freshly roasted sesame seeds throughout the gelati, for that added texture and complexity. A sweet and savoury flavour experience not to be missed.
